Pre-Production inspection is an inspection done initially before your bulk production begins. It is preliminary inspection done to verifying specifications and other quality requirements, which can help in product consistency, minimize time wasted for rework and delaying in the shipment.
We need Pre-Production inspection to avoid quality related issues during or after bulk production.

- Random fabric quality checking.
- Bulk sample comparison against the Approved Sample.
- Pattern and cut panels checking against the specification.
